Replies usually go out within two or three days. Bug reports that include your browser and the file you were converting get answered fastest.

What to expect

  • → Bug reports. Tell me the browser, the tool, and what the file was. Most conversion bugs are format-specific and I need the case to reproduce it.
  • → Icon requests. If it fits the 24 × 24 stroke set, it usually gets drawn and shipped.
  • → Licensing questions. Read the terms first – they cover the split between our own icons and the trademarked company marks. If your case is not covered there, ask.
  • → Corrections. If a guide states something wrong, tell me which page and what is wrong. Corrections get made and the page date updated.
  • → Takedown or trademark concerns. If you represent a brand and want a mark removed from the catalog, email and it will be handled.
